The Air Force Museum Store is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or provide a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are attached, and include a copy of your original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
